This is album number two for this talented bunch of individuals. With plenty of heritage behind them, Outloud continue their mix of Pretty Maids, TNT and general hard rock inspiration. Vocalist Chandler Mogel has a fantastic range and one thing that remains constant is the level of professionalism and melody running through each and every song. ‘We Came to Rock’ is a big anthem, powering through thick fog (or dry ice!) to create a future classic sing along number. ‘Waiting for Your Love’ (their future Single/video release) is actually a perfect choice. This is heavy enough to please the rockers but commercial enough to have a massive radio hit. Once again, melody driven talent is what shines through.

Ballads will always feature in this genre, there is no reason to be objectionable about this of course, and typically Outloud have the emotion and their feet firmly placed on the ground when it comes to the recorded output. Solid musicianship leads with some great blistering lead breaks; the overall package is simply a stellar listen. Tommy Hansen has mixed and mastered this release, so there in lies proof that what you will hear will be of the highest quality. This is a harmony, melody driven album full of hard rock anthems displaying wild guitar antics, a simple but effective approach to song writing. Out of the AOR Heaven catalogue so far this year, this album has the most thumbs up from yours truly so far.
