AMON AMARTH WORKING ON NEW SONGS

Swedish Viking heroes AMON AMARTH have issued the following update: "Back from a two-week vacation we've continued working on new songs for our upcoming release. We have a handful of great songs already, soon-to-be AMON AMARTH classics, and we still have plenty of great song ideas. On March 27th we’re taking a break from the songwriting, heading out to sea, raiding and pillaging (the bars) at the Sweden Rock Cruise." AMON AMARTH is scheduled to enter Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden in May with producer Jens Bogren to begin recording its new album for a late 2008 release via Metal Blade Records.
