THE POODLES GUITARIST LEAVES TO JOIN HAMMERFALL

The Poodles have released the following statement following the announcement that long-time guitarist Pontus Norgren has left the band on the conclusion of their recent European tour;

” We regrettably have to inform you all that Pontus Norgren has decided to leave The Poodles. Thank you Pontus for three fantastic years! We would like to thank you for all the great times we’ve shared and wish you the best of luck for the future. The Poodles will of course continue the journey we’ve started together with Pontus but since this is all very new to us we are going to need some time to collect our thoughts and figure out the best way forward.”

Norgren was recently offered the chance to be the new guitarist in Swedish band Hammerfall, and understandably agreed.
