The legendary Mexican outfit Embalmed finally release their debut album in 2011 via non-other than Hell’s HeadBangers Records. Formed in 1989, but dwelling in relative obscurity to many, the release is surely bound to be an eye-opener to many, a gem, if you will, from and for the deepest dungeons of the underworld. The Venegas brothers have truly returned… and certainly lost none of the total bestiality of their art. It’s barbaric and atrocious death metal, lusting for blood!

Not much has changed, and why would it have? The vocals certainly haven’t changed. The aura and atmosphere certainly haven’t. This is the long-awaited Embalmed long-player, man! Death to the doubters and hail to the amassing hordes! Relax (but only for a split-second) and behold the merging of Bestial Warlust/Ross-Bay brutality with the complete evilness of Mystifier!
